This page describes what we actually collect and how we use it — not general promises. If anything written here conflicts with what the platform does, the text is the error and gets corrected.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, your email address, your organisation's name if you enter one, and the date the account was created. Your password is never stored as text — we keep an salted one-way hash from which the password cannot be recovered.
- Order data: the service you requested, the note you attached to the order, and the order's status and dates.
- What you upload yourself: the documents, files, and links you send us so the service can be performed (invoices, product sheets, images, your store URL).
- Your sign-in session and request protection: one session cookie and one request-protection token cookie, valid for fourteen days and then expired automatically. The assistant may also keep a random local identifier in the browser to join an anonymous visitor's messages.
We do not ask for card or bank account details on this platform, and you should not send them in the chat or as attachments.
Why we use it
To perform the service you ordered and for nothing else: reading your documents to produce the output, contacting you about your order, and keeping a record of your orders for you to review in your portal. We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Your data is confined to your account: no client sees another client's data. Within Advisors AI it is seen only by those who need it to carry out your order or to fix a fault you have reported.
Performing some services requires calling external AI model providers. When that happens, only what is needed to produce the output is sent — neither your account data nor your previous orders. If you have a document you do not want sent to any third party, tell us before you upload it.
Where it is kept, and for how long
Your account data and your order data are kept for as long as your account exists. Documents you upload are kept attached to their order, so that you can review the output against its source.
Your rights
- Request a copy of what we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is inaccurate.
- Delete your account, along with the orders and documents attached to it.
- Withdraw a document you uploaded and ask for it to be destroyed.
A request is carried out within a reasonable period of verifying your identity, through the email address below.
