By using Advisors AI services on the domain advisorsai.ai you agree to the following.

What we provide

AI-supported analysis and production services. The scope of each one is set out on its own service page and in the order description. What we hand over is analysis and assistance work; the decision to act on it is yours, and so is the responsibility for that decision.

What we do not provide — and will not have understood otherwise

• No guaranteed outcomes. We do not guarantee more sales, a ranking, visibility, or any other number. What we commit to is performing the service as described and showing you what we measured, with its source and its date.
• No legal, financial, investment, or medical advice. Nothing in our outputs or our conversations is licensed advice in any of these fields, and no decision in them should rest on it.
• We do not speak for you and do not publish on your behalf unless you instruct us to, explicitly, in the order.

Your obligations

• The data you send us is accurate, and you hold the right to use it and to share it with us (no one else's material without permission).
• You will not send card details, bank account details, or passwords through the chat or as attachments.
• You will not use the service to break the law, to harm others, or for prohibited content.
• You will keep your sign-in details confidential, and you are responsible for what happens through your account.

Ownership

What you upload stays yours. The output we produce for you under your order becomes yours, to use in your business. Our tools, our methodology, and our software remain ours and do not transfer with an order.

Prices and payment

The price of each published package is shown before you confirm the order. If a service is explicitly listed with a starting price, we agree its scope and final figure with you in writing on the invoice before you pay. Work does not begin until payment is confirmed.

If we fall short

If we deliver output that does not match the described scope of the service, send it back with your note and we will redo it. And if the service cannot be performed at all, we are owed nothing for it.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account whenever you wish. We may suspend service to an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you the reason.
