Readiness Sheet — free
Last updated:
This check does not evaluate visual design. It reads what your page and
three public discovery files declare in a form machines parse. You give
us one page. We inspect that page
plus three public discovery files on the same origin —
/robots.txt, /llms.txt, and
/sitemap.xml — under a base contract of
10 required signals worth 11 base points. We send what
passed and failed, written remediation for every miss, and one acceptance criterion.
If the miss is structured business or offering data, the manual sheet
also includes a JSON-LD template clearly marked non-publishable until
every default or placeholder is replaced or removed using verified facts.
The ten fixed base weights are 0, 1, 1, 2, 2, 1, 1, 2, 0, and 1;
that is why ten signals total eleven points.
Malformed JSON-LD is conditional: only when the checker detects a block
that does not parse does it append the failing optional diagnostic
jsonld_valid with weight 1. That measured result has
11 rows and 12 possible points. Otherwise the optional row is
absent; it is never added as a passing bonus.
Free, with no purchase or account required. No card, no password to your store, no access to your systems. You send one public link and a reply address, you get the sheet. No invoice follows, and nobody chases you.
A source reconstruction — not a stored measurement receipt
Our versioned source proves a narrower before-and-after fact. The
About page snapshot before
source change 6e9d1c2d lacked both machine-readable business
and offering data; that change added both blocks.
We did not preserve the raw checker response or server receipt for that historical run. We therefore do not claim an exact measurement time, historical sitemap count, or whole-page score here. The two rows below are a reconstruction of the source diff only.
| Result | Source-verifiable signal | Weight |
|---|---|---|
| ✕ | no structured data naming the business (Organization / LocalBusiness) | 2 |
| ✕ | no structured data naming what is offered (Service / Product) | 2 |
Source change 6e9d1c2d added both structures:
| Result | Source-verifiable signal | Weight |
|---|---|---|
| ✓ | structured data naming the business | 2 |
| ✓ | structured data naming what is offered | 2 |
These rows prove the source change, not a historical network check. For a current whole-page result, run the same public link through the tool below and retain its returned measurement and receipt.
Each miss carries a concrete remedy
For the two failed signals in the example above, the remedy includes one
JSON-LD template for <head>. It is not a
filled block and is not publishable as delivered: its entity type,
host-derived name and URLs, SA, product-name placeholder,
0.00 SAR, and InStock are defaults or
placeholders, not verified business facts. Replace or remove every such
field using facts you can substantiate, and validate the resulting JSON
before publication. Other misses receive explicit written instructions.
The sheet's acceptance criterion is to
re-measure: every recorded miss must turn passing. If it does not, the
remedy did not close the result, and we say so.
What this sheet does not measure
- It is not a ten-axis store or site audit — that is a separate service listed under Services.
- It does not measure whether an AI assistant mentions your business.
- It does not measure AI answer visibility, ranking, or share.
- And it does not predict sales or conversion — anyone promising you that from a number like this has gone past what the measurement carries.
Or measure it yourself right now
We published the public self-service route of this checker as a tool. Open its connector form in Claude (or configure it in another MCP client), then point it at your own page and read the result. One tool, read-only: it fetches the supplied page and exactly three fixed public discovery files on the same origin. It does not follow links or recursively crawl your site, and it asks for access to nothing.
Add the tool to Claude
· or from the official MCP registry as ai.advisorsai/store-readiness
· or call the endpoint directly at https://advisorsai.ai/store-readiness-mcp.
A completed result uses one of three explicit states:
finding when a measured miss has a selected fix;
ready when every weighted readiness signal passes; or
no_actionable_finding when measurement completed with misses,
but none was both weighted above zero and covered by the checker's fixed
remedy list. Selection uses the first eligible miss in
that list's fixed order; it is not a discretionary omission.
When a measurement returns a verified finding, it includes an
acceptance criterion for that signal: re-run the check yourself
after the change and compare. It may also carry an HMAC-based,
server-authenticated receipt whose response states its expiry. Receipts
currently expire 15 minutes after issuance. To test one, send the returned
url, language, and source_receipt
as JSON to POST https://advisorsai.ai/store-readiness/recheck:
changing a field bound to the receipt returns
receipt_rejected. This is a short-lived integrity check by
our server, not a digital signature or independently verifiable
proof. After expiry, run a new measurement for a new receipt. A clean
result or one without an actionable finding does not invent a fix or
receipt.
Or send the link and we send the sheet
Send the link to one page of your store from the contact page, and you get: the sheet as above with your score, every signal that passed or failed, and the time of measurement. The manual sheet lists written remediation for every miss and one acceptance criterion; it includes the non-publishable JSON-LD template only when structured business or offering data failed, and requires you to replace or remove its defaults and placeholders with verified facts before publication. It does not issue or claim the MCP tool's selected-finding receipt. If every signal passes, it says no defect was found under this measurement and invents no fix. We target sending it within one business day. That is a service target, not a guaranteed deadline. If we cannot start within that target, we tell you by the end of that same business day; you owe nothing either way.
The source reconstruction above documents two specific structured-data
changes from the cited Git revision; it is not a stored measurement
receipt or a historical whole-page score. Anyone can run a current
check and inspect the page-level items in the page source and the
remaining discovery items in the public /robots.txt,
/llms.txt, and /sitemap.xml. No customer
testimonial is shown on this sheet.
