Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our rule is a single one, written before you pay: whatever we have not delivered is refunded in full, and whatever we have delivered is not refunded. The detail below carries no hidden exceptions.
When does work start?
Nothing starts before your payment reaches us. You place your request in the portal, we send the invoice at the published price of the package you picked, and work on your deliverable begins once payment is confirmed.
Cancel before delivery — full refund
If you have paid and then ask to cancel before we send your deliverable, you receive the full amount back — no cancellation fee, no deduction for the working days already spent, and no conditions. A notice from you on your registered channel is enough.
After delivery — no refund
Once the deliverable has been sent to you (the report, the package, or whatever the service page states), no part of the amount is refundable. The reason is plain: what we sell is analysis and production work that reaches you in full and stays with you; it cannot be returned.
If we fall short
If we exceed the stated days for your service for reasons not on your side, you may cancel whatever is undelivered and recover its value in full. The published durations and overrun limits are written under each service on the services page.
And if the service cannot be performed at all, we are not owed anything for it and you receive back everything you paid.
If the deliverable does not match the service description
Send it back with your note and we redo it — that is our first obligation, before any talk of money. If we cannot make it match its published description, we return to the rule above: what is undelivered is refunded.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Send your order number to or use the channel you registered with us. We confirm receipt in writing, and the amount is returned by the same method you paid with.
What we never take from you
We do not accept or store card details on this site, and there is no automatic settlement and no recurring charge. Every amount is at your request, against an invoice you see first.
