Service Terms & Platform Matrix — AI Readiness & Blind-Spot Audit
We write our limits honestly before you pay — scope clarity is the first source of trust, and scope ambiguity the first source of disputes.
1) Platform Feasibility Matrix — what actually gets done on your platform
Dashboard capabilities differ across platforms. Here is what we execute directly from the dashboard, and what needs a helper app or broader access that only you may grant:

This matrix is a global illustration — your report is built on your exact platform: once your region and platform are known, their specific requirements are added to your offer, and the diagnostic labels every fix item as: dashboard-executable / needs an app / needs your developer — before you decide on the implementation package. Whatever your platform forbids counts against neither of us: it is replaced with a feasible alternative or its share is deducted from the package scope by written agreement.
2) Support included in the First Audit ($450)
- The entity’s smart assistant, available around the clock (automated): an interactive guided session walks you through each paste step, then instantly re-scans the live page to confirm your change is correct.
- Expert questions: 14 days after delivery — up to 10 inquiries about your report’s items, answered within one business day.
- Validator links attached to every work order so you can verify the implementation yourself.
3) Backups and approval (Audit & Fix, $1,200)
- Before any edit: a backup of every page we will touch, delivered to you.
- No edited page is published without your explicit approval of it.
- Access: a limited collaborator account you create and can revoke in one click — we never ask for your password.
- The included re-check runs within 30 calendar days of the last approved page going live (a window wide enough for AI indexing cycles), delivered as before/after. One re-check is included; additional ones at the published Re-check price.
- Backups are kept as restorable revisions for 30 days after delivery.
4) Timelines, requirements, and delays
- The only entry requirement: your site URL. We infer your key pages and your sector’s buyer questions automatically and send them for your approval within 48 hours — editing them is your right. Business facts are requested only when you buy the fix package.
- First Audit delivered within 5 business days of your order (or of your approving the question list if you edit it). If we exceed 10 business days for reasons not on your side: you may cancel the undelivered part for a full refund.
- Audit & Fix package: delivery within 10 business days; cancellation right at 15 business days for reasons not on your side.
- A target estimate for your deliverable, not a guarantee; business days are counted only after your full approval of the conditional items (preparation items / inventory / source list / go-ahead) reaches us, and it is governed by the timelines-and-delays clause in the terms.
- Business day: Sunday–Thursday at the entity’s registered location, excluding public holidays.
5) Refunds
- Before work starts: full refund, no questions. After start and before delivery: 50% refund.
- After the diagnostic is delivered: the report is delivered intellectual work and is not refundable — but if you report, within 7 days, a material error (an item without evidence, evidence not from your site, or a verdict contradicting its own attached evidence), we correct it and reissue the report at no charge.
- In the implementation package: whatever your platform blocks is replaced with an alternative or refunded proportionally by written agreement.
6) Data and liability
- The scan is surface-level on public pages only — no access to your systems, no personal data of your visitors collected.
- Business facts you provide are used solely for your report and deleted on request, or automatically 90 days after the service closes.
- We do not guarantee mentions or ranking in any AI system — nobody honestly can. Our total liability is capped at what you paid for the service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as lost profit or opportunity). Claims must be raised within 30 days of their cause.
- Your snapshots and reports are never used in our marketing without your written consent.
7) Ownership, confidentiality, and law
- Ownership: the report and everything produced for you is fully yours once paid for.
- Confidentiality: the weaknesses your report reveals stay between us — never shared with any third party.
- Law and disputes: these terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute starts with amicable resolution within 30 days; failing that, it is referred to arbitration under the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration, before a single arbitrator, in English. This clause does not affect mandatory consumer-protection rights in the client’s country of residence.
