Frequently asked questions
Every answer here is grounded in what is published on the services page, the terms of use, the refund policy, the commitments page and the privacy policy. If anything differs, the text on those pages is the binding one.
About the services
What services do you offer?
Five services: AI Readiness & Blind-Spot Audit (it shows why AI systems pass you by and gives you a fix plan), Your share of AI answers (it measures whether you are named or a peer is recommended, with attested captures), Independent Store Assistant (installed on your account, it stays with the visitor through to the order), Decision Signal Engine (monitoring on your account that ties every signal to a decision), and Agent Governance Audit (it examines your AI agents' permissions and their limits). The detail and price of each service are on the services page.
What is the difference between the AI readiness audit and measuring my share of AI answers?
The audit diagnoses why AI systems pass your site by, across ten published axes, and gives you a fix plan ordered by impact and effort. The documented measurement answers a narrower question: when your buyer actually asks an AI tool about you, are you named, or is a peer recommended? With real answer captures carrying a SHA-256 fingerprint and a date. Anyone who wants a diagnosis starts with the first; anyone who wants a ready number starts with the second.
Do you guarantee that AI systems will mention me, or that my sales will rise?
No. We do not control third-party models, and we guarantee neither a mention nor a ranking nor a sales figure in any service. What we commit to is written for each service: a documented diagnosis, or a documented measurement with its evidence, or a working system, or a governance report with its evidence.
Do you log into my account or ask for my password?
We do not ask for your password in any service. The readiness audit and the share-of-voice measurement are external inspections of your public pages only, with no access to your systems. The assistant and the signal engine are installed on your own account through your keys or a limited collaborator account that you can revoke in one click. The Agent Governance Audit needs — in the implementation package only — bounded access inside your environment, granted by you, with its terms itemised before it is used.
Can I see a sample of the deliverable before I pay?
Yes. Each service page has a sample-deliverable icon that opens a document laid out like the report you receive: numbers and tables from a real engine run after council approval, with the client name and store URL removed. The live assistant on this site is the working installation sample before any payment.
About ordering and payment
How does ordering work, and do I see the price before I pay?
The price of each package is published in front of you before you order. You send your request from the portal, you receive an invoice at the agreed price, and work does not start until payment is confirmed. If the service is published with a “from” price, the final figure is fixed with you in writing on the invoice before you pay.
Are my card details safe with you?
Your card details are never entered on our site and never reach our servers. Payment happens on a hosted invoice at a licensed payment provider, on their domain. We store no card data at any point, there is no automatic settlement, and there is no recurring charge.
When does work actually start on my order?
After payment is confirmed, and after you complete the start-up requirements stated for each service (your site URL, or approval of a question list or source list, or your agent inventory). The delivery clock starts when those items are complete, not from the moment of the order alone.
About delivery and refunds
How long does each service take?
Durations differ by service and package — from 3 business days for the fastest packages, to around 10 business days for the larger ones, and up to 25 business days for the most comprehensive package (Agent Governance & Implementation). The duration is a target estimate, not a guarantee, and the exact detail sits under each service on the services page and the commitments page.
What if you exceed the published duration?
If we exceed your service's published duration for reasons not on your side, you may cancel whatever is undelivered and recover its value in full. The overrun limits are stated as numbers for each service on the commitments page.
What if I cancel before I receive the deliverable?
The amount is returned to you in full — no cancellation fee, no deduction for working days already spent, and no conditions. A notice from you on your registered channel with us is enough.
And after I receive the deliverable?
Once the deliverable has been sent to you, no part of the amount is refunded, because what we sell is analysis and production work that reaches you in full and stays with you. But if the deliverable does not match the published service description, send it back with your note and we redo it at no extra charge; if we cannot make it match its description, we return to the refund rule above. The detail is in the refund policy.
What if I order the same service twice?
If two identical requests for the same package reach us before work starts, we cancel the second automatically, return its value in full without you asking, and notify you on your email. After work has started, each order is treated on its own. Sending the same request twice by mistake — a double click, or a lost response that made your browser retry — is blocked by the system from the start: it does not create a second order or a second invoice. The detail is in the refund policy.
How long do you take to reply to my message?
We reply to general messages within 2 business days, and to anything about an existing order within 1 business day. The contact channels are on the contact page.
About privacy and data
What data do you collect about me?
Your account data (name, email, organisation name if you entered one), your order data and notes, and what you upload yourself so the service can be performed (invoices, product sheets, your store URL). The password is stored as a one-way cryptographic hash, not as text. We never ask you for card or bank-account details.
Do you share my data with third parties?
We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not use it for advertising. Some services call external AI model providers to perform the work; they receive only what is needed to produce the output — not your account data and not your previous orders. If you have a document you do not want sent to any third party, tell us before you upload it.
How do I request deletion of my data, or a copy of it?
You may request a copy of what we hold about you, correction of anything inaccurate, deletion of your account and the orders and documents attached to it, and withdrawal of a document you uploaded with a request that it be destroyed. The request is carried out within a reasonable period of verifying your identity, through the legal contact email in the privacy policy.
